After we went to press ou Saturday, the following objections were heard by Mr Turnbull : - Henry England Objected to are?. Allowod. William Rithbono (Hampden)—Area excessive ; reduced to oorreot area acd value proportionately reduced. Lizzio Rathbone—Acreage excessive ; raduoed and assessment proportionally reduced. Holden Bros—No appearance; sustained. Joeiah Howard—No appearance ; sustained. Knight Bros—Occupiers only ; allowed. W. Rathbone (Abbotsford) —■ Value excessive ; assessment value sustained. Mrs Herrick (represented by Mr Sydney Johnston)—Reduced to old value. John Pettit—Objection to area, seotion 63, withdrawn ; (transferred to John Beaohatn ; contains 63 aoros). John Pettit—96l aores reduced to 940. Sydney Johnston—Oruawharo estate reduood from 42,000 to 36,009 acres. F C Robjohnß—No appeuranoe ; assessment sustained.
