Anstiss, a senior engineer of the Public Works Department, who has been engaged at the Karapiro Hydro Works for the past two and a half years, has been appointed borough engineer at Upper Ilutt. Mr Anstiss, with Mrs Anstiss and family, will leave Cambridge in a few days to take up his new position.
