NO ONE CAN SAY

NEW. DAIRY PRICE FOR COMING YEAR “No one can say what will be the price paid to producers in the coming year,” said Mr W. E. Hale, chairman of the New Zealand Dairy Board at a ward conference in Hamilton yesterday. “The meat and dairy boards will be setting up a joint committee with technical experts to inquire into every aspect of a recent statement by the Prime Minister. They will decide what are fair charges against the Dairy Industry Stabilisation Account ami what should go in as credits.” Mr Hale added that the national conference still believed that stabilisation was in the best interests of dairy farmers.
