' CRASH ON MOUNT EGMONT BODIES £)F . MEN FOUND (Tv Telegraph —Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, To-day. After an extensive search of the densely-wooded slopes of Mount Egmont yesterday, the Western Federated Aero Club’s Moth aeroplane XKABS was found wrecked and the two occupants dead. The victims were Mr S. W. Green, pilot, and Mr J. A. Austin, passenger. . The machine had crashed on to a ridge with terrific force, being completely smashed, and both men were killed instantly. It required six hours for a party of men to take the bodies over most broken and densely-wooded -country to the top of Alfred Road, which was reached at 4.25 this afternoon. The bodies were then brought to New Plymouth by car.
