PERSONAL.
Miss Runa Hulse has returned to Cambridge after a holiday trip to England covering almost two years. Mr R. Jenkins, of Thames, and late of the secondary department staff of the local high school, is on a short visit to Cambridge. After residing in Cambridge for a great many years Mr Frank Broad, accompanied by his wife, has left to take up the position of secretary to the Mercury Bay Dairy Company, The Rev. Canon C. Mortimcr-Jones end his wife arrived from Hastings on Monday evening and are the guests of -Mr and Mrs W. Stopford for the week’s festivities in connection ■ with S. Andrew’s Anglican Church. At the Cambridge Bowling Club’s green on Saturday afternoon the president., Mr Edgar Jamos, on behalf of the members, extended congratulations to Mr Geo. E. Clark on attaining the age of 91 years. In the afternoon the relatives of Mr Clark assembled at the residence of Mr and Mrs A. Qane, when a \ cry happy time was spent. During the day Mr Clark was the recipient of many congratulatory messages.
