ENTERTAINMENTS

"DADDY LONG LEGS/'

JANET GAYNOR FEATURE. To-morrow and again on Monday, Cambridge picture patrons will have the opportunity of seeing "Daddy Long Legs," the much-heralded Fox film starring Janet Gaynor and Warner Baxter. The story, one of the Cinderella type, carries with it a great appeal to young and old alike- and is interpreted in a most finished manner by the two leading players. It deals with, a little orphan girl who has grown to beautiful young girlhood in an orphanage. There she is seen and adopted by a wealthy young bachelor who withholds his identity from her. He sends his ward to a fashionable girls' school, but later falls in love with her. The final scenes are particularly well worked out in a pretty romance between the two. Una Merkel and John Arlcdgo each portray important roles, while others in the cast are all well-known Fox players. "Daddy Long Legs." will be screened three times to-day, at 1 ; 3 and 8 p.m. and again on Monday evening.
