SWIMMING
COMING CARNIVAL. BRIDSON AND HASSAN COMING ' Arrangements are now well in hand for the coming carnival on Saturday night. It is now officially reported that G. Bridson, Auckland and New Zealand swimming champion, and W. Hassan, last year Auckland's diving champion, will be present at the carnival. From as far as can be seen at present, this Carnival should be every bit as successful as the last one. Entries are coming in well and the total promises to be well up to the record number received for the last gala.
