The Wellington City Cqunicil, at a special meeting, unanimously' agreed that an amendment be passed to the City by-laws making it an offence for intoxicating liquor to be brought into the Town Hall or any hall or building under the jurisdiction of the Wellington City Council without the permission of the town clerk.
