(By Telcgrardi—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Very hoavy rain is falling in Auckland, and the Auckland Racing Club’s third day’s racing has been postponed until Monday. THE EXFIRING MORATORIUM CASES OF HARDSHIP. (By Telegraph—Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, .Tune 6. The question of the expiration of the moratorium was discussed by tlie provincial conference of the North Canterbury Farmers’ Union last night. It was decided to request the Government, to set up a tribunal to consider cases of hardship on mortgages should tho moratorium expire in December 31st next, the proposed date for its expiry.
