SOCIAL GATHERING

ST. ANDREW'S SUNDAY SCHOOL

A most successful social gathering in connection with St. Andrew's Sunday School was held in St. Andrew's Hall on Tuesday evening, when the hall was [lacked to the doors, and a highly successful gathering was held. The Vicar presided.

The programme comprised musical items, recitations, and dialogues, the latter being specially enjoyable, and creating much amusement. Those taking part in solo items were: —Mavis Reed, "Sportie" Boyce, Ivan Litchwark. Betty Martyn, Dorothy Vauso, Marion McKoown, Stanley Ready, Margaret Hicks, Edith Dallimore, Ralph Wallace, Gladys Boyce, Olive Payne, Joan Henderson, Mary Wilkinson, Hilda Havvorth, Charlie Hicks, Nancy Martyn, Beatrice. Harrison. Ella Harrison. Grace Martyn, Robert Hislop and Mrs Mervvri Wells

companion! nts. At the conclusion of the programme supper was served. The older "young people" concluded the evening's fun by clearing the floor and indulging in a short dance.
