THANKS AND APPRECIATION

(To the Editor). Sir, —On behalf of myself and many friends I wish to accord to Mr George Dickinson our thanks and appreciation for the splendid why in which he has worked to make the community “sings” a success and a joy to his fel-low-townspeople. I should not havft troubled to write this letter, only that on each occasion of the “sing-songs” we have been asked to thank nearly everybody else but the one who has done most of the hard work, and made it possible for everyone to have a really enjoyable time. Hoping soon t.o hear from “George” again.—l am, etc., “VERY HAPPY.” Cambridge, August 23, 1922. P.S.—I think the Eire Brigade idea, as stated in your leader, a really good one.—V.H. 4
