fat 'stock market. , Auckland, this day. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held their usual weekly fat stock sale at Westfield on Wed- 1 nesday, as under • Beef.—An average market. The ■demand was a shade better and prices were higher than last week. Choice pens of extra prime ox sold at equal to 31s per lOOlbs, ordinary quality ox sold at 27s to 29s per lOOlbs, cow and heiler beef made. 24s to 265. Veal.—A moderate yarding, Pric es Were on a par with last week’s rates. Heavy runners made £2 17s'to £4 6s, 'heavy suckers made 38s to £2 11s, small 15s to 28s. ,Mutton—A very small yarding, and prices were Is fid to 2s’per head higher than last week.
