SHIPMENTS FROM AUSTRALIA. London, February 3. The German municipality of Wilmtreedorf is selling daily a parcel of Australian mutton, consisting of' about 50 carcases. For the neck 7Jd is being obtained, and 9d for the , other best parts of the carcase. The German Government has ‘ allowed a reduction of duty to 0.96 d per lb until October Ist, but has notified that this concession will not be extended beyond April, 1914. Herr Henoch, the Australian Consul at Berlin, has ordered 25,000 carcases of Australian mutton for delivery during the next four months.
