The Kaipara.

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, This Day. The adjourned enquiry into the striking of the Kaipara was continued yesterday. Judge Kettle intimated that he considered that the list did not contribute to the accident, and there was not the slightest suggestion that Captain Cornwall’s action had been in anyway culpable. The captain and every officer of the ship had been in their place. He strongly condemned the official chart, which, in his opinion, proved entirely misleading and a grave source of danger to navigators. The Court reserved its decision until Saturday morning.
