Sheep Fair at Ohaupo.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company held their first annual sheep fair in their Ohaupo yards yesterday, and report a most successful sale. About 24,000 sheep of ail classes were yarded, the majority being from Waikato breeders. There was a large attendance of buyers, especially from outside district, and with the exception of one or two lines of young ewes, and a line of shorn lambs, everything changed hands at the hammer or afterwards.
