TO THE EDITOK. Sib, —In your paper of May 13th yon give an account of a large yield obtained from seven acres of laud. I can give you one bettor, und perfectly correct, and will give you names. An aero of land belonging to Mr Donald McKinnon, of Ohinewai, without any artificial manure of any Bort, and not too well worked, produced 254 sacks of Hobart potatoes, which is 21 tons and 2 tacks to the acre. You can verify this statement if you doubt it by stepping the laud, and seeing the potatoes for yourself, and either D. or A. McKinnon will substantiate what I say.—l am, etc. Chas. Asuwin. Fcneourt.
