HAMILTON BOROUGH ELECTIONS.
«, TO TUB EDITOR. Sir,—How that the ratepayers will soon be called upon to elect a new Council for our Borough, I trust the people of Hamilton will rise to the occasion and put newblood into the positions. Let us elect men capable of controlling the financial positions before we get too deep into the mud. I also trust my fellow-towusmeu will seriously consider the choice of Mayor, and thoroughly balance up his qualifications before recording a vote—l am, etc., F. Crawford.
