SALE 0E MODEL FARM ALLOTMENTS.
At the Hamilton Auction Mart on Saturday afternoou, Mr Johu Knox offered for lease the following allotments in Hamilton East, known as the Model Farm. Competition was not us brisk as might have been expected, and three of the sections were passer] in, but those disposed of either reached or exceeded the upset prices : Lot I—Mr J. Burke, £B, upset price, £6 15s. Lot 2—Mr Win. Honcybun, junr., £ll 5s Lot 5—R. 15. Hines, junr., £B. Lot O—R. B. Hines, sent - ., £l2 3s. Lots 3, 4 and 7 failed to find a purpurchaser.
