CRICKET.

OHATJPO V. HAMILTON. The Ohaupo-Hamilton contest, played on Sydney Square, Hamilton, on Saturday last, furnished an interesting game which resulted in a win for Ohaupo on thu first innings by ten runs. Hamilton batted first and were all disposed of for 54, Oliver (15) &nd Speight (11) being the highest scorers. Oliaupo's total was 64, of which J. Laurie contributed 22 and Cavanagh 16. Hamilton again went to the wickets, and when 41 had been obtained for the loss of four wickets declared the innings closed; Speight 14 and Browning (not out) 12. With only half-an-bour to time, Ohaupo commenced their second innings, and when the stumps were drawn had lost one wicket for 24 ; Stevenson ll and Colhoun (not out) 11.
