A SHIP WRECKED.

(by electric telegraph—copyright). London, June 29. The ship Galatea, bound from Hamburg to Sydney, is ashore near Tarmouth, and has been abandoned. Sydney, June 30. The Underwriters' are advised that the ship Galatea, loaded with cargo valued at £60,000, a considerable part of which is insured in Home offices, has been wrecked. The ship was owned by Colin Caird, of Greenock. There is" no hope of salvage.
