CHARGE OF CONSPIRACY.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT). London, June 27. At Bow-street to-day Alfred John Monson, Victor Honour (moneylender), Percival Norgate and Robert Metcalf, were charged with conspiring to defraud the Norwich Union Insurance Company. The accused were remanded. Tho detectives declare that Monson and Norgate have turned Queen's evidence.
