THE WELSH STRIKES.
INTERVENTION ASKED FOR. (BY ELECTRIC Tr.I.KURAPH.— OUTRIGHT). (Received June 28, 9.25 a.m.). London June 28. The miners on strike in South Wales have appointed delegates to ask Mr Ritchid to intervene between them and the employers. Earl Dunraven suggests arbitration with two assessors, and the miners are willing to aecept this method of settling tho difficulty.
