CAUCUS OF GOVERNMENT SUPPORTERS.

(liY TELEGRAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION). Wellington, Last Night. A caucus of Government supporters was held to-day. Forly-one members were present. There was a general conscensus of approval of the policy laid down in the Governor's Speech. The Premier impressed on the caucus the desirableness of prosecuting the work of the session smartly, so that any obstruction arising might be put down at the door of those making it. He said special prominence would be given to Local Government Reform aud the Old Age Pensions Bill only.
