(BY TELEGKAr.I. —OWN CORRESPONDENT). Auckland, Last Night. Mk Justice Connolly gave, judgment in the important Coromandel mioiug case affreting Aitken's freehold. He allowed the appeal from the Warden's decision, this means the verdict upholding Aitken's freehold. The Auckland racehorses. Belle aDd St. Leonards, together with the pony Fidget, were offered by auction in Sydney, but failing to realise the reserves they were passed in. On the Share market to-day there were a number of buyers of investment stocks, but do sales resulted. The Great Barrier Mines continue to be liked. lonas changed lmnds at Is 6d, and Aoteas at 9d, while 5s lOd was offered for Greit Barrier Gold and Silver. A line of New Alburnias was transferred at 43 Bd, and Waitekauris at 77s 6d, with no further buyers. Four-in-Hands sold as low as Is Bd. Inquiries were made for Sceptres, a portion of which adjoins the Royal Standard property at W harekeraupunga.
