(BY 'AxKor.APH—OWN correspondent). Napiek, Last Night. A case of garroting occurred here on Saturday night, when James Mcintosh, a station hand, was brutally assaulted in Monroe-street aod robbed of £7. Half-an-boar after receiving, the information Detective Chrystal arrested two men, named Robinson aod Fitzgerald, at the Star Hotel. An examination of their clothes revealed traces of fresh blood, and one of the accused had some money corresponding with the amount stolen. The accused were brought up at the Court this morning and remanded for eight days.
