(BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT). Wellington, Last Night. Mr F. M. Meadows, Superintendent of the late Wellington Exhibition, has been appointed by the Government to tour the colony and interview probable exLibitors at the Queensland Exhibition, which opens in Brisbane on May 10th, with the view of having a thoroughly representative show from New Zealand. Mr Meadows leaves for Christchurch today and tours the South Island. He returns here at the cud of the week aud then proceeds through the North Island.
