EUROPEAN' WAR FEARED GREEKS DEFIANT. London, March 17. The Athens correspondent of the Times states that a conviction prevails that a general war is inevitable. March 18. Sir W. Y. Harcourt in a speech at Norwich, referring to the action of the Powers with regard to Greece, said the Powers had might, but Greece had right. Colonel Yassos has been ordered to entrench himself at Sphakia, a small island close to tho south coast of Greece. Paris, March 17. The Senate, by a large majority, endorsed tho policy of the Governmens in regard to Crete.
