The Beilin correspondent of the 41 Daily Telegraph’* says that officialquarters appreciate the ** common-sense tone” of Mr. Neville Chamberlain’s speech on December 21, and praise Mr. Anthony Eden's statement that Britain does not intend to go »n for colonial settlement at the expense of other Powers.
