NINE POWER CONFERENCE.
POSSIBILITY OF JAPAN ATTENDING. TOKIO, October 19. At a meeting of all parties at the Speaker’s house, no decision was reached regarding Japan’s attendance at the Brussels Conference. The newspaper “Asahi” suggests that Japan will participate only if the sole purpose of the conference is to study the true cause of unrest in the East and to devise a remedy.
