COURSING.

PHYSICK CUP CONTEST. Greyhound owners and trainers are reminded that the nominations for the Physick Cup definitely close this evening, at the Oddfellows’ Hall, at 8 o’clock. The draw will take place immediately afterwards. The Physick Cup has beeome the biggest annual event controlled by the Wairarapa Coursing Club, although the Waterloo Oup has somewhat overshadowed it this year. Nevertheless, it will be found that this cup event will provide more interest, as almost every dog competing has previously won a stake. As usual, afternoon tea will be available on the ground, and cup punctuality will be enforced with the various courses. A bus will leave the P.O. at 1.30 p.m. (return fare Is), and admission will be Is 6d and ladies Is.
