PROGRAMME IN THIS MONTH. WARM TRIBUTES TO ITS WORK. The Band and Concert Party of the New Zealand Institute for the Blind, whieh is giving a programme at Masterton on October 21 is bound to attract a big attendance, not -only because of the great physical handicap so cheerfully and manfully overcome. Commenting on its performance the •Hawke’s Bay Herald,’’ said: “Nothing short of amazing. A first-rate entertainment worth much more than the very low price of admission. Every member is an artist. The whole of the performance would have done very ,credit to seeing people. ’’ The Pabiatna Herald’’: “That they are a brilliant set of concert performers, they very quickly proved. They amazed the most sanguine, and delighted all.
