PERSONAL.
The many friends of tyrs. C. H. Anderson, of Columba Road, who has been an inmate of the Masterton Hospital for some time, will be pleased to learn that she has recovered sufficiently from her illness to return to her home. The death occurred yesterday at her residence, Oxford Street, Lansdowne,’ of Mrs. Georgina Maude Ewington, widow of the late Mr. Robert Ewington. Mrs. Ewington, who was 59 years of age, had been in indifferent health for the past few months. She is survived by three sons, Messrs J. Ewington (Sydney), and W. and R. J. Ewington (Auckland) and two daughters, Mrs. K. Billard (Wellington) and Mrs. A. Ertern (Auckland), who will have the sympathy of a wide circle of friends in their bereavement. Mr. A. Fear, Nelson, is a brother and Mr. G. Coleman, Masterton, a cousin of the late Mrs. Ewington. The funeral wilL leave the residence, 73 Oxford Street, Lansdowne, at 1.30 p.m. to-morrow for the Masterton Cemetery.
