CAIRO PAPER’S FORECAST . OF TREATY. SOME MILITARY AND NAVAL CONCESSIONS. GARRISONS IN THE SUDAN. (Received Friday, 10.35 p.m.) ' CAIRO, July 3. The newspaper ‘‘Al Ahram” publishes a forecast of the alleged terms of the new Anglo-Egyptian Treaty, under which, it says, the British garrison will be withdrawn from the capital and replaced by some form of aerial control. It says the Admiralty is adopting a more cautious attitude regarding Alexandria, but it is possible that a solution may be reached by an agreement affording facilities for a British naval base for which. Britain would make adequate payment. The newspaper adds that Britain is also apparently prepared to meet Egyptian views regarding the Sudan, including the return of the Egyptian Army to certain specified garrisons, but not to Khartoum.
