ALFREDTON CLUB’S OPENING ’ ’ SHOOT. ! The opening shoot of the Alfredton Miniature Rifle Club was fired on Saturday night, there being a good attendance of members. The highest scorers were: J. H. MacDonald, H. Percy, 68; A. Edmonds, 65; L. McKeown, 62; F. Percy, 61; A. MacDonald, R. Dagg, 59; W. Leach, C. Helliwell, 53; H. Leach, 52; L. Cooper, 51; A. ’Urquhart, 50. The next shoot will be held on Saturday, June 20, when the trophy competitions will be commenced. (Other miniature rifle news appears on page 2.)
