I MR. MALCOLM MACDONALD’S TOUR INTERRUPTED. (Received Monday, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 20. A snowball broke Mr. MacDonald’s eyeglasses, which cut a corner of his eye in four places, necessitating at least two days in a nursing home and the postponement of his electoral tour of West Highlands.
