ANNUAL MEETING OF PARK CLUB.
Mr, W. Batty presided over a good ttendanee of members at the annual acting of the Park Lawn Tennis Club
.last evening. A number of new mem-: bers were admitted and the club was declared tq have j every prospect of a prosperous season. The following officers were elected:—Patron, Mr. Jordan; president, Mr. L. 8. Nicol; vicepresidents, Messrs G. Joy, 1 F. Mills and Q. Donald; auditor, Miss Z. Selby; captain, Mr. W. Batty; vipe-captain, Mr. G; Bate; delegate to Wairarapa Lawn Tennis Association, Mr. N. Heyes; secretary, Mrs. H. King; committee, Mrs. Wearne, Misses-Maxwell, Humphries and Hessell, Messrs N. Heyes, C. K. Long, D. Leete, A. Dixon; handicappers, Messrs N. Heyes and W. Batty.
