RIOTS IN GLASGOW.
TROUBLE OVER ARRESTS. POLICE USE BATONS. LONDON, May 5. Ten men were arrested and one policeman injured in two serious riotous outbreaks in the northern district of Glasgow. The trouble began when the police arrested two men. The crowd was hostile, and threw bottles and stones. Police reinforcements twice had to make baton charges on the crowd to clear the street. Several shop windows were broken.
