Y.M.C.A. HELPERS.

LADIES’ AUXILIARY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the Ladies’ Auxiliary of the Y.M.C.A. was held at the rooms on Thursday afternoon. Mrs. M. Mac Kay presided. The annual Mother and Son tea will be held towards end of May, the arrangements for which will be completed at the next meeting. It was decided to start social afternoons in June. Motions of sympathy were passed to Mesdames Pike and Pearce in their illness. The hostesses for May are Mesdames Bate, Hare and Trevorrow. The next meeting will be held on May 9. Aftenoon tea brought the meeting to a close.
