JUDGES RESIGN.
SEQUEL TO POLITICAL UPSET IN CUBA. (Received Tuesday, 7.30 p.m.) HAVANA, August 20. All members of the Cuban Supreme Court except the Chief Justice, Senor Edelman, handed their resignations to President de Cespedes on Tuesday night. The court has been,,pnder fire recently from factions opposed to the Maehado regime.
