NAZIS PUNISHED.
FOR ROBBERY OF JEWISH TRADER. SUMMARILY EXPELLED FROM PARTY. WHOLESOME EFFECT ON PUBLIC. BERLIN, March 14. The Socialist newspapers, due to reappear to-day have been suspended for a further fortnight. At Cologne the Nazi leaders arrested three armed Nazis robbing a Jewish shopkeeper. They stripped them of their uniforms and summarily expelled them from the part.y It is officially announced that the mon will be prosecuted. This, the first recent instance of Nazis punishing members caught participating in excesses, has produced a wholesome effect on the public. The Nazis have vacated the Centre Party’s newspaper offices.
Allegedly for planning to dynamite local gas and electricity plants, 120 Communists were arrested at Annaberg, Saxony.
