MUBDEB OF THE MAYOR IN CHICAGO. DISTURANCE IN COURT. MIAMI, March 10. Circuit Judge Uly O. Thompson on Friday sentenced Zangara to death by the Electric chair for the murder of Mr. Cermak, Mayor of Chicago. After sentence was pronounced Zangara shouted: ”You give me the electric chair. I’m no afraid of that chair. You are one of the capitalists. You is a crook man to put me in the electric chair. I’m no care.” Deputies rushed Zangara out as he shrieked the last sentence, and the spectators were held in the Courtroom until the prisoner was removed to an elevator carrying him to the gaol. * Under Florida law the execution date will be fixed by the Governor and officials of the State penitentiary.
