Mr. Lang broke his silence and addressed the Labour Caucus today. He reviewed the events leading up to his dismissal and criticised the Governor. He declared that if His Excellency acted constitutionally in dismissing him he would be acting unconstitutionally if he granted Supply after the end of May without Parliamentary approval.
