LARRY GAINS DEFEATS SCOTT. WINNER TO FIGHT GARNER A. (Received Sunday, 6.15 p.m.) LONDON, June 14. Larry Gains, the coloured Caribbean, knocked out Phil Scott in the second round, after being down for nine seconds at Leicester. Forty thousand were present. The majority hooted Scott’s poor showing. The winner was promised a chance of fighting Camera.
