SETTLEMENT EXPECTED.
DISCUSSION WITH PARTY LEADERS. (Received Sunday, 11.45 p.m.) BERLIN, June 14. It is expected that the German crisis will be satisfactorily solved if Dr. Bruening adheres to his decision not to allow the Reichstag to interfere at a critical juncture in world affairs, and also refuses to reconstruct his Cabinet. Nevertheless, he is willing to discuss the possibility of removing some of the haraships of the emergency decree, so long as the financial result is not impaired. He is conferring with the party leaders on the subject.
