KYLSANT CASE.

LORD MAYOR’S RULING. COUNSEL WITHDRAW. LONDON, June 10. Surprise marked the third day of Lord Kylsant’s appearance at” the Guildhall, when Sir John Simon and Sir Patrick Hastings withdrew from the defence owing to the Lord Mayor’s ruling that certain questions which Sir Patrick Hastings wished to ask were inadmissible. Counsel have withdrawn only from the Guildhall proceedings, not from the case.
