END OF SYDNEY COMMERCIAL MAN. (Receive'd Sunday, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, November 2. The dead body of Frank Dillon Bell, aged seventy, 'a well-known member of a city wool firm, was discovered on the harbour foreshore at Mosnian with a bullet wound in the temple. A revolver lay near the body. The deceased ha’d been missing for nearly a week. The recent disturbed .political butlook had played on his mind.
