RIB BROKEN IN AUCKLAND MATCH. CAPTAIN NOT GOING SOUTH. WELLINGTON, August 26. C. G. Porter, captain of the Wellington Rugby team, had a rib broken in the Auckland-Wellington match. He will be unable to make the south .ern tour and his place will be token by Price, of the Eastbourne team. The Wellington representatives will leave for the south to-morrow evening. —(P.A.)
