CLASH IN RUMANIA.
KING CAROL AND PREMIER AT ODDS. OVER CORONATION AND DIVORCE (Received Monday, .7 p.m.) BUCHAREST, August 10. It is believed that the resignation of the Cabinet is imminent owing to differences between King Carol and the Premier, M. Maniu, over the coronation, which Carol wants to be on September 21, while M. Maniu contends that it must be preceded by the annulment of Queen Helene’s divorce.
