MUSIC WEEK.

MASSED CHOIR REHEARSAL ON MONDAY.

Interest in the preparations for Masterton’s Musical Festival Week (October 5 to 11) is being heightened by the intended visit of Mr. H. Temple White next Monday evening for a massed rehearsal of the various Festival Choirs. The principal object of Mr. White’s early visit is to give the various conductors and members his ideas of the interpretation and execution of the different works and so make for eo-ordina/tion in the massed work. The rehearsal will be held in St. Matthew’s Hall at 7.30 on Monday evening when it is hoped to have a very full muster of members.

On his visit, Mr. Temple White will be the guest of Mr. and Mrs 6. J. Smith.
