A FAMOUS TILT.
EARL BEATTY AND HIS CAP. LONDON, March 9. The secret why Admiral Beatty wore his cap on a tilt is revealed in Lieutenant-Commander Geoffrey Rawson’s "Life of Earl Beatty.” He says that it is due to a peculiar cranial conformation which makes it impossible for him to wear his cap on a level keel. It used to cause him severe headaches, until Anally he adopted the famous tilt.
